I’m pleased to have joined Kirsten Nelson (@SCNMag) on July 7 as a co-panelist of #AVchat in a discussion of industry public relations. Hosted by Linda Seid Frembes (@AVwriter), #AVchat is a group Twitter Chat open to members of the professional audiovisual (AV) community including systems integrators, installers, manufacturers, end users, technology managers, and any others who are interested or involved in AV.

For those who have never participated in a Twitter chat, it’s a very different communication medium. Try to imagine in 2011 a chat with no audio or video. Or, worst of all, character limits! I’m pleased to say that the discussion was both lively and helpful to all involved. My thanks go out to Linda for inviting me on.
